The mid year concert has been booked at St Bernard’s College in West Essendon. Tickets are purchased through the school. The times are indicative at this stage.
The concert at the Clocktower will not go ahead this year. Instead we are having a showcase for the Juniors students on Saturday Dec 11th in the morning and the Intermediate Section of the school on Friday night 10th December.
Mid Year performance is being held at St Bernard’s College. Most of the students are performing at this concert. The Ballet students will be doing a performance per grade and the Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Tap and Lyrical one or two dances per grade. The theme is Iconic Movie songs (not from musicals). The students are looking forward to performing their dances for their family and friends.
Dress rehearsal and Concert are both on Friday 14th December. The rehearsal will be during the day with the concert that night.
After 20 years of my teaching at Essendon and the previous years before at Essendon - there is a change
Concert and rehearsal will all happen on Friday the 14th December at the Clocktower Centre.
The rehearsal will be shorter. The jazz will only have 1 hour to rehearse and the ballet will have 4/5 hours and the concert will be that night at 7pm.
This concert will be celebrating the studios 55th year and Michela's 20th concert since taking over the school.
